We are always striving to do our best to make your holiday an unforgettable one.
Our two cozy apartments are situated in a quiet location with no through traffic, in the immediate vicinity of the centre. They are the perfect starting point for wonderful hikes in the summer and are just a few minutes away from the lifts and ski slopes of the Sellaronda.
In our house there is a ski room with a boot warmer. The two apartments have a separate entrance.

Our apartments

The apartments offer a beautiful view on the mighty Sella Group, the Sassolungo and the two Cir Peaks, some of the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites. Each apartment has its own parking. The bus stop and the first shops are about 300 meters away.
The comfortable eat-in kitchens are equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and satellite TV. The bedrooms feature wooden furniture and flooring. The bathrooms are outfitted with toilet, shower and bidet.
Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Washing machine and dryer on request.

Location

Located in a quiet neighbourhood

and yet close to the centre

The location of our apartments

The apartments are located near the centre of Selva Gardena (a 3 minutes walk). You can start many excursions directly from our house. There is also a bus stop just around the corner. In winter and in summer the bus runs regularly serving the lifts, for example the cableways Ciampinoi and Dantercepies, giving you access to fantastic skiing and hiking areas.
The apartments are close to a promenade, which is perfect for beautiful walks. Moreover, it leads to a children’s playground and the parish church of Selva Gardena. The promenade is great also in winter, as you can ski along it after a long day on the slopes and stop almost in front of your apartment.
The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk from our house and offers a wide selection of products. The pharmacy can be reached by a 10 minute walk.

In winter, winter tyres are mandatory, while snow chains are recommended.

Enjoy the summer in the mountains

The mountains of Val Gardena leave nothing to be desired. Do you like to hike, climb or mountain bike? Then you will be amazed by what the Dolomites offer: countless tours and itineraries for adults and children in a breathtaking alpine landscape with unforgettable scenic views. You can easily reach the lifts in all three towns of the valley by using the regular bus service, and start your adventure day from there.
Also horse and swimming lovers as well as pilots, from paragliding to model aircraft pilots, will be best served in Val Gardena. Moreover, there are many golf and tennis courts to be explored.
This is going to be your greatest vacation ever!

Winter

Your winter holidays in Val Gardena

Val Gardena is a true paradise for skiers. For beginners and for world champions: everybody will find what they are looking for. The ski bus takes you to all lifts, and you can even start the famous Sellaronda in Selva Gardena. Also the Alpe di Siusi with its amazing backdrop is waiting on you. Thanks to the connection to Dolomiti Superski, the world’s largest skiing area, you have more than 1,220 km of ski slopes at your disposal.
There are many ski and snowboard rental shops, where you can rent the latest models and hit the well-groomed slopes. A highlight you should not miss are definitely the cozy alpine huts with their delicious food and warming atmosphere.
Of course you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of Val Gardena also by tobogganing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing or ice skating.
It is time for a fantastic holiday in the snow!
